A importância da organização dos ambientes para a saúde humana / The importance of the environments' organization for the human health

A interação do ser humano com seus diversos ambientes vem sendo investigada pela psicologia ambiental, que estuda a influência mútua de fatores ambientais e comportamentais. Este artigo concentra-se na importante e conhecida relação entre a qualidade dos ambientes e a saúde humana. Trata-se de estudo teórico relativo a três temáticas: desenvolvimento de apropriação e apego em ambientes construídos; influência dos fenômenos territorialidade/privacidade na atenção à saúde mental, e aspectos psicofisiológicos da interação pessoa-ambiente virtual. Importantes indicadores relacionaram a redução das opções de apropriação dos ambientes ao adoecimento. Igualmente, identificou-se que a atenção integral à saúde requer um olhar específico sobre as particularidades das relações humano-ambientais aí estabelecidas. Por fim, face à crescente exposição aos ambientes virtuais, viu-se a necessidade de maior compreensão da psicofisiologia própria dessas interações. Procurando ampliar o conhecimento dos fenômenos psicológicos nas interações humano-ambientais, este artigo oportuniza um panorama de contribuições teóricas diversas na literatura científica recente.

Human interaction with their environments has been investigated by environmental psychology, which studies the mutual influence of environmental and behavioral factors. This article focuses on important relationship between the quality of environments and human health. It's a theoretical study about three themes: development of ownership and attachment in built environments; influence of the phenomena territoriality/privacy in the care of mental health, and psychophysiology aspects of the person-virtual environment interaction. Important indicators related the reduction of the options of ownership of environments to illness. Also, it was identified that health care requires a specific look on the particularities of human-environmental relationships established. Finally, given the increasing exposure to virtual environments, it was realized the need for greater understanding of the psychophysiology of these interactions. Looking for expanding the knowledge of the psychological phenomena in human-environmental interactions, this article provides an overview of theoretical contributions in several recent scientific literature.

O perfil dos usuários do CAPSad-Blumenau e as políticas públicas em saúde mental / Profile of CAPSad – Blumenau users: the effectiveness of the public policies for mental health

O momento é emblemático para as políticas públicas em saúde no Brasil, pois os novos modelos de atenção, que rompem com a lógica da psiquiatria tradicional, já estão implementados, mas sua legitimação e consistência teórico-metodológica precisam ainda ser consolidadas na práxis coletiva. Dessa forma, o objetivo deste estudo é estabelecer reflexões sobre as práticas nos novos dispositivos de atenção à saúde, como os CAPS - Álcool e Drogas e sua relação com as políticas realizadas pelo Ministério da Saúde. Sustentado em estudo do tipo exploratório descritivo, baseado na análise de 1122 prontuários do CAPSad da cidade de Blumenau-SC, nos anos de 2005 e 2007, o presente trabalho traçou o perfil dos usuários desse serviço. Utilizaram-se análises estatísticas univariadas e bivariadas. Estabeleceram-se discussões entre os dados obtidos e as proposições da Reforma Psiquiátrica.

We are living an emblematic moment for the public policies for Mental Health in Brazil. This is due to the fact that the legal apparatus and the new models for medical care, which do not follow the hospital centered logic and traditional psychiatry, have already been implemented, although their legitimation and theoretical-methodological consistency still need to be consolidated by the collective praxis. In this context, this article aims at reflecting about the practices adopted in the new health care devices, particularly in the Psychosocial Care Center - Alcohol and Drugs, as well as its relation with the prerogatives of the policies held by the Brazilian Ministry of Health. In this article we present a descriptive exploratory study based on the analysis of data from 1122 medical records from CAPSad in Blumenau-SC between 2005 and 2007, which contributed to define a profile of the users of this service. Univariate statistical analyses as well as bivariate analyses have been used. Based on the description of this data, we have included discussions comparing the data gathered and the propositions of the Psychiatric Reform.
